Power Pay’s Automated payments module will allow you to offer “checks by phone,” one time payments, and automatic withdrawals for weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly payments. ACH or Check payments may be presented to a separate database which utilizes a network of over 150 million bank accounts to verify the current status of the account within seconds; Based on the results of this inquiry and your business rules, PAYTEK Solutions Power Pay will accept or reject the transaction.

The Power Pay Automated Payment System will also allow resubmission of NSF items with or without additional service charges. We offer a user friendly, web-based management reporting system. This system offers advanced detailed reports that allow you to be informed of the status of all your transactions, including NSF items, pending transactions, customer records, check images and more. Unlike a paper check, you will know in three business days if an ACH item has been paid or returned.
